Q. R. A.
This is for moments when I remember how blessed and fortunate I am, here today. I wrote this after I saw a man at a bus stop. This represents the questions, the dawn of realisation, the answers. Q. R. A.
Skin droopy and folding
Clothes bleak and ill-fitting
He sticks to the side of the world
Holding a bag of something small
Hunger must have overcome
I realise as he starts to eat
Distasteful, plain, raw and neat
How does he consume
Why is a man left to this
God says He will be right there
To love and to provide
And every man is His son
Comprehension is slow sometimes
But when it hits I realise
The Father does not do things for nothing
Why did I question that
